Is there anything better than re-connecting with old friends? That's what happened when Fred Coates was visiting from Australia, where he has lived since retirement. The old guard gathered for a visit.

Christmas Luncheon 2022
Fraser Valley CNPA held our annual Christmas Luncheon on Wednesday December 14th. A total of 96 tickets were sold for our luncheon, and there was a good turnout from both the Fraser Valley, and Vancouver Branches of the CNPA.
Entertainment was provided by Elvis Impersonator Peter Yap and Opera Singer Alice Crestigo.
President Barry Jones acknowledged and thanked Ross Dewar, who is stepping down as Membership Secretary in January 2023 after more then 20 years of volunteer service on the Fraser Valley CNPA Executive. Joey Valliers-Jorgensen presented Ross with a Thank You gift on behalf of the Fraser Valley CNPA members.
A special thank you goes out to Keith Dyrda for donating the beautiful hand made wishing well, which was one of the many door prizes awarded.
Our thanks goes out to all in attendance who donated food and cash for the Food Bank. In addition to the mountain of food, we raised $500.00 in cash donations to the Church in the Valley local Food Bank.
Here are some pictures of the event.
